Join us for an evening devoted to actively moving through the skills of labor and birth.
This short experience is meant to reinforce the positions and tools in a hands-on manner giving the couple a physical muscle and emotional memory of the unfolding sounds, sensations and movements of normal healthy birth.
This class is most useful to couples who have several months between taking the full series and their due dates or want more hands-on practice with support from Tracy.
