Exercise in the water during pregnancy supports your joints, allows for safe strengthening and lengthening and ultimately can make a difference in your comfort and confidence for pregnancy, labor and recovery. Our prenatal class has strong emphasis on aerobic fitness, strength training and flexibility, plus includes informal education and relaxation skills for labor and beyond.
