Tracy will meet with you to teach you about natural childbirth as well as hands on practice of labor and relaxation techniques. You will have her undivided attention and answers to all your questions. Email Tracy to inquire and set up this service. $50 per hour for 5 or more hours.
About the Instructor Natural Childbirth Educator Tracy Schmidt is an experienced Childbirth Educator, Doula, mother of 5 and grandmother of fourteen. She has been teaching prenatal and postpartum programs on the Santa Barbara area for over 35 years and has worked with more than 3,500 families.
