Your baby is floating and you should be too! Exercise in the water during pregnancy supports your joints, allows for safe strengthening and lengthening and ultimately can make a difference in your comfort and confidence for pregnancy, labor and recovery.
Our prenatal class has strong emphasis on aerobic fitness, strength training and flexibility, plus includes informal education and relaxation skills for labor and beyond. Natural Childbirth Educator Tracy Schmidt is an experienced Childbirth Educator, Doula, mother of 5 and grandmother of fourteen. She has been teaching prenatal and postpartum programs on the Santa Barbara area for over 35 years and has worked with more than 3,500 families.
